The Big Street Tree Debate with Nigel Slack on ‘Talking Sheffield’

The Big Street Tree Debate with Nigel Slack on ‘Talking Sheffield’

Please circulate widely / network and of course, come along to the big conference event at St Mary’s Church, Bramall Lane on Saturday 21st

A message to STAG

(Referring to Saturday’s Action for Sheffield Trees Conference)
From Moray Simpson.

Unfortunately not going to be able to make it to this event. As a professional arboriculturist, ex-council tree officer and ex-chair of the Municipal Tree Officer Association, i would like to say that what Amey and Sheffield City Council are doing to the Sheffield Street tree population is shameful and against best practice urban forestry principles.

I may not be able to attend this event, but my heart is with you and i hope you all have a treemendously productive day.
